These trainings aim at providing change agents an opportunity for self-analysis and self- reflection and provide feedback and inputs on behavior and personality issues which have a reflection on their work.These include issues related to achievement orientation and leadership such as goal setting, decision making, risk taking, sense of responsibility, process orientations, patience, perseverance and courage. Another set of issues relate to working in teams which include aspects of inter personal relation, interpersonal communication, openness, willingness to accept others, listen to them, and develop faith and trust.
