Facilitating Organization Development process

ASK facilitates NGOs to develop as institutions by establishing clarity on identity, role, approach, long term objectives, organization structure and through a participatory process.

Participatory Development – concepts and practices

These trainings have the objective of creating conceptual clarity on process of development and understanding on process like PRA, group formation, micro planning, participatory monitoring etc.

Result Based Management

ASK facilitates training and workshops that enable NGOs in understanding and internalizing the concept of RBM and developing skills to manage the programs and projects with a clear focus on results.

Formation and Capacity building of the Community based organizations (CBOs)

NGOs are assisted to decide and review the models of community based organizations. Training on capacity building of CBOs is aimed at development of their know how and skills to understand and perform their roles effectively.

Skill Development programs

Skill development trainings pertain to skills for working with people which includes Training of Trainers for potential trainers, Training on facilitation skills for field workers and Managerial skill training for middle and top level management.

Training on behavioral issues

These trainings aim at providing change agents an opportunity for self-analysis and self- reflection and provide feedback and inputs on behaviour and personality issues

Sectoral issues

Training on sectoral issues is done to bring clarity on subjects and enable organizations to develop strategies on certain specific issues like Micro credit, micro enterprise development, Gender and development, Good Governance etc.
