RESULT BASED MANAGEMENT (RBM)
ASK facilitates training and workshops that enable NGOs in understanding and internalizing the concept of RBM and developing skills to manage the programs and projects with a clear focus on results.
The long-term objectives that any organization wants to achieve need to be translated into concrete medium and short-term results which need to be conceptualized and articulated and strategies need to be formulated for achievement of these results. Project plans have to be understood as guides to action and monitoring rather than documents necessary to be prepared to mobilize some resources.
The training’s on Result Based Management assist the participants in understanding and putting into practice result based project management terminology (logical framework analysis, outcome, output, inputs, indicators, risks and assumptions) and designing project monitoring tools and systems.
