TRAINING ON SECTORAL ISSUES

Training on sectoral issues is done to bring clarity on subjects and enable organizations to develop strategies on certain specific issues like Micro credit, micro enterprise development, Gender and development, Good Governance etc.

Training on sectoral issues endeavors to bring clarity on subjects and enable organizations to develop strategies on certain specific issues. Some of the core sectors on which ASK provide training support are: -

Micro Credit/ Micro Finance and Micro Enterprise development

ASK provides trainings and facilitates workshops for NGOs to design models of micro credit program suited to their situation and further to manage the program and bring about financial and managerial sustainability. ASK also links up the micro credit program to the micro enterprise development stage aimed at launching viable profit oriented enterprises.

With the evolution of the concept of Micro finance Institutions ( MFIs), ASK has been involved in building the capacity of the interested and capable NGOs and Federations to become MFIs and manage the same.
Specifically ASK provides trainings and workshops on the following issues: -
