Skill development training’s pertain to skills for working with people. Working with people and communities, particularly with adults require considerable degree of skills and also certain personality characteristics. These skills are acquired through sustained effort and practice. The training’s aim is to make the change agents first realize the need for acquiring such skills for successful interventions.
