ASK specializes in conducting participatory trainings with an array of experiential exercises centered on practicing the adult learning principle of “learning by doing”. In the past we have conducted training programs for all the four levels of personnel, which includes, Top management and stakeholders, Middle management and supervisor level and finally the worker level.
