Supply chain documentation for one of the Garment and Accessories Exporters for a UK based Buyer Monsoon, 2001

Monsoon, an international clothing brand and an ETI member decided to study of the supply chain and design appropriate interventions for implementing labour standards. One of the New Delhi based exporters, one of the suppliers of Monsoon agreed to participate in this study for enabling Monsoon to understand and design strategies. ASK-Verite conducted this study with the purpose to gather information on the various components of the supply chain, their relationship and to initiate improvements in the supply chain.
