“terre des hommes Germany had commissioned the organization ASK to conduct a study on “children on the move”,  focusing on issues of children who travel from their native places to different destinations to work in domestic sector and in construction sector. ASK conducted the study by interviewing 25 children both at source and destination points. The study was supported by well researched secondary data, and came up with a list of recommendations which have been very helpful for the campaign Destination Unknown to move forward! Overall we are very happy with the way the study was conducted by ASK and the professional approach of the 2 researchers!”

“ASK Evaluated our project titled ““Empowering Community to Protect Children at Risk (ECPCR)” Supported by International Child Care Trust-UK”.

The experience was very much learning. The process kept in the evaluation was much participative, transparent, and educative.

The finding of the evaluation was positive and we have changed ourselves according to the recommendations of the evaluation

We have changed a lot in the post evaluation scenario  – such as –  we made changes in Board Members raised alternative funding from corporate sector for the continuation of the projects, switched over our role from doer to facilitator and continuously strengthening the village level children forums and broader level Child federation.   ”

“ASK India facilitated a “Theory of Change” workshop for “Transformation through Empowerment & Organization (TEO)” program of WACT. We spent a lot of time in reflection, critically looking at different processes and system and planning for the next 5 years. The workshop was very useful. The facilitation process used by ASK helped us to develop a realistic and relevant project plan of the TEO project for the next five years.

ASK staff responded promptly to our request for their service. The workshop resource person Mr. Manus also visited our network office in Kathmandu and organized a brief orientation program on Theory of Change upon our request. We received the quality report in time and out feedback was well addressed.”
